I am only an amatuer gynecologist, but yes. Any activity that places tension on the vagoo may stretch or tear the hymen. Many girls stretch or tear their hymen while engaging in physical activities such sports, horseback riding, inserting and removing tampons, and/or while masturbating.

The better question is why are you asking? Looking for some sort of cover with the parents of some allegedly pristine and innocent young lady, are you?

But then anything shoved up there will almost def break it, tampons included, but harder to break.
