Big brother gets the big chop

This is just a funny thing happened here in Australia, shows what has to happen for people to act. The Big Brother Series just recieved the axe here in Australia after two guys held down a girl and one guy slapped her in the face with his penis a few time. Thats not the funny part, the funny part is that such a crappy show lasted 5 series here and that the hosting network Channel Ten folded the websites and forums down faster than superman on laundry day: hmm wonder why. I never watched the show at all and I am glad to see it go. Reality TV my ass, if someone did that to someelse in the real world they would be off to a very real court house then a even realler jail.

that's the sort of stuff the t.v companies want tho'- to bring in the ratings - sick as it may be.

it's not really reality anyway, but i don't watch them in fact I think those shows are stupid and fake.

Get this, even better. Tonight I see on the box that the state government has been subsidising these clowns that make the show for over $750,000.00 for the past 3 years plus tax breaks because its a local production: so hence they are supporting local business blah blah blah. There go my tax dollars

people are CALLING and DEMANDING it be axed, but ten hasnt said anything on the matter as far as i know...have you got a link stating anything? im pretty curious.

I thought the whole thing was ridiculous, i mean...who does that as a joke???? but she didnt seem to mind it that much, so dont know what the big fuss is about, apart that the network wants to protect its own ass and get its request of reforms through the senate, so it wouldnt surprise me if the network folds to the govt.

and exactly my thoughts, if she didnt care...then its funny as fuck and the network over reacted. But if she was seriously upset by it, then the 2 wankers better not plead the 'victim' or let family defend them in the media....specially when noone knows much of whats going on.
