I know I ask for a ton of avy from you guys, and it may seem annoying.

Just letting you guys know I do appreciate the time you take out to do these.

Sorry to be pesky again, but can someone see what they can do with this?

Picture size is a little odd...

I did what I could, maybe someone else can do better...

I tried it out Pabst and got this:

i would give it a go but I don't think I could do any better than the above.

JAWZ, I like the new avy a lot... Borders elude me for some reason... How did you make the double border?

using CS3, I checked "inner glow". After that, make sure inner glow is highlighted and change it like I did in the SS below......



Then once you get familiar with it, start playing around with the different contours, blend mode and so on. Changing the contour is what gives it the double border.

First thumb on the bottom left looks like the best for an avatar... I'll leave that to your eagle eyes,
