3. Supporting/Character Actor

Once each "studio" has completed its draft, it must create its production slate which will consist of 3 movies. You are responsible for pitching the concept and constructing the cast from amongst your roster. You pick the genre, briefly describe the type of film, etc. For example, "a mob movie with Al Pacino, Diane Keaton, Abe Vigoda, Talia Shire, Francis Coppola, Mario Puzo, Carmine Coppola, and Marlon Brando" would be the brief pitch for "The Godfather".

An independent film board (I'll volunteer) will then read each teams' three posted pitches, and then assign grades for each film based upon a to-be-announced scoring criteria. I would be looking at quality of idea, quality/interestingness of cast and crew, and projected box office and critical performance. The scores will be averaged out, and we'll calculate the leaders/winner.

There will be one overall winner for "studio" (the combined score of the studio's three movies), and one overall winner for "best film" (the single film with the overall highest score).

This would seem to be a pretty easy and fun way to go with this idea. Let me know what you guys think.
This is something to keep in mind. We probably wont use this exact format, but he provides both a good template, and also a good strategy in terms of the direction of your studio.
