[REQ] Bobbing head Avatars.

Ok, I've seen a number of bobbing head avy requests...and that's cool, but I'm having trouble keeping the requests straight, with whom requested what where, so if you want one post it here. If you've got something in mind, let me know, if not, you're at my creative mercy.
