Hi rams, I know it's weird, but my friend and I talk about everything under the sun and she is very happy with how she is after 3 children. She started out at something like a b cup and had her first child at 19. She had the next two at 31 and 33, and she looks just as good as she did at 18. From what she tells me she stayed pretty close to the same in body size and her breasts ended up being just slightly bigger than they were originally. She said the major key to that was making sure to breast feed as long as possible. She fed for several months then still pumped while acclimating them to solid food. She was pumping until they were about a year and a half. It also helped her lose weight pretty easily, she ended up being ten pounds lighter at 34 than she was at 30.

Long story short, pregnancy doesn't necessarily ruin your breasts, hers are still very nice. But if you think the change is needed for yourself and not anyone else, it's your choice, go for it. I have nothing against fake breasts, as long as the woman is comfortable and happy with them, that is all that matters.

Myself...I prefer small and natural. And after just looking at your pictures, I hope you would only get falsies(love that word) if pregnancy somehow left your breasts attached to the side of your head. Seriously, given your age, I'd be shocked if everything didn't return to normal after your pregnancy. If you want to help the cause, eat healthy foods and stay active now and after your son is here. And show us them now so we can say they are amazing! Why is it that women tend to see things in the mirror that the rest of us never notice??
