Im going to post this here cause this is where the newbies probably start off sometimes..

We are a gang of the old school WBW members thats going to help out all of you newbies.

Instead of the hostile approach which some members have, we will help in any way we can.

If you have questions about uploading pictures, babes, videos, just ask..

If you dont know how the pictures system works, or who the mods are, just ask...

Search before you ask in the forums, that helps with alot of the questions, or simply just send US a PM and we will be happy to help you all !

More members from different countrys will be added slowly, so we have members from YOUR country, so we can help you in your native language.

Hope the mods will let this be a sticky so we can help alot of the newbies here....

No, don't make a sticky, nobody reads stickies. Make it a poll instead, noobs like to vote in polls.(at least I did) =P

It's about time some other Demigods are also going to help out the newcomers.

I've been doing this with PM for a while already, but I'm not always here.

I say: "make it a sticky."

Sadly it's true what they say about stickies.

People just don't read them...

I dunno, wit__ - I went through all the forums reading every sticky I could find before I made my first post. Stickies have the enormous advantage that they're really easy to find and very noticeable.

For anyone else just starting out, I strongly recommend that you do what I did - go through all the forums, especially the feedback forum, and read the stickies. WBW is like any other community and has a range of rules and conventions that can be bewildering at first - the stickies contain the condensed wisdom of some of the most experienced members, and they can really help.

And to DevilHair and his crew - you're doing a good thing; thank you.

Just too bad, that new people don't know about the existance of stickies and the fact that they are very handy.

If the stickies are grouped and also mentioned as a guideline for newcomers on the frontpage, every newcomer will see it, as soon as they come to WBW.
This will make sure, that everyone can find/read the stickies without searching for something that you don't even know that they are available.

It just needs a little spot in the frontpage saying "help for new members" and all the stickies just behind this button.

Seriously though. Perhaps it would be more practical to redirect them to a page with the stickies. At least once they might read them. Then after a short period they could proceed to the home page

after checking out WBW alot of these nooB's hands will be stickies.

That sounds like a good idea. A redirection to a sticky with everything they need to know after the first login.

Ive been number one, spamming, had my babes on the top 5, have a sticky.. THats about it..

I think its about time, and its christmas as well..

i agree with you and i don´t have any problem to help n00bs but make mistakes it´s important to learn.
