i need to find a good picture for my profile anyone know where to get one from

yeah, try the internet.

Google I don't post much so i don't bother too much or go take one yourself. In the age of digital cameras I think it shouldn't be hard to find a picture, get a girl to flash ya.

Look for a pic you like and then crop/re-size it.
