Well, you've got 3 choices.
1. You can upload them in the forums. Please select the right forum, make sure the pic is in vailid format, preferably jpeg and upload away. Make sure they aren't copywrighted, mods don't like that and it's bad business.
2. You can hotlink them. If they are copywrighted, this is the way to go. Grap a proxy and away ya go.
3. Thirdly, you can upload them in the babe queue, provided they aren't copywrighted or underage.

Well, I think SP covered everything pretty well.
If you have any problems getting your hotlinks to work, just ask.
Just as some quick references, here's the sticky on how to hotlink and here's the test thread for hotlinking. If you are posting a pic from a site other than a pic hosting site, you can use the test thread to make sure the picture can be hotlinked.
