Welcome Juice, your avatar is probably too large, there is a pixel/size limit if you are not a sponsor, like myself, I had to cut mine down too

the size has to be 100x100 pixles or less....upload it here and i or someone else will size it right for you...also, (copied right from the FAQ): the maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 10240 bytes (whichever is smaller)
