If anyone is interested,i have a good 20 pictures of the concept. They are almost like studio shots. They gave me more than enough time to take pictures and from all angles I wanted. Long live good contacts

The 1.6 is 23.950 euro
the D5 geartronic automatic is 37.500 €

It looks kind of "young" and fresh. The design details are really nice. They seem to be much more thought about then on other cars. Need to get a first drive though, IIRC it is planned for the 5th of february, need to find my agenda ...

Like all european engineered cars they rock, the volvo is a tank as long as you bought it prior to the USA car manufacturer buy out...

Otherwise after that day they suck giant donkay ballz... Like 1950's nuclear bomb manual get under a desk and cover your head... Same thing when driving newer volvos... might as well just bring a gun with you because if you get hit by another car your gonna need it to take away the life long pain...

Might as well have an emblem of F O R D on the fkn hood.

How do I know this, I owned three of them, all completely wrote off in minor accidents all accidents were some dumbass that didn't know what a red light was or stop sign or just plain blind...

NEW VOLVO's SUX

Should rename them FOLVOS

Volvo's still score pretty high in the leading Euro-NCAP test crash research. Have a look around their website and see most cars get pretty messed up,especially SUV's from the side.

And driving a tank is a very unsafe way to crash. The energy of the crahs is not reduced in any way so it all comes into your body. Meaning as much as hat you probably die at a speed of 20 km/h In a safety cell that crumples you can JUST survive a crash of 50 km/h head on,if you re lucky. Quite an improvement.

If they didnt see you all three times, you should maybe change your technique of driving. Arent you learned to check before and recheck on the beginning of an intersection for other cars ???

PS:
It takes most Ford components from the german ones, not the shitboxes they sell in the USA. I dotn know though, what they change to the Volvo's when re"designing" them for the US market :o

Yeah, because all volvo's have LOTS of empty space behind the engine and cockpit, and in the doors. That makes those cars really small inside. The outer space can be bigger than some other car, but it's really awful inside.

I liked Volvo S80 D5 though. It went nicely on the motorway.

Yes I did. It was a favor for a friend. He works in Hertz, and he needed someone to drive the Volvo. I spanked it really hard on the motorway.

Seen technical drawings of the new C70 and C30 ? They are incredibly well filled. The engineer sapparently had extreme difficulty to fit everything into the small space available. Thats also the reason why the new five cilinders are so special
