top gear/ dvd regions/ enzo ferrari

hello this isnt really about cars but kind of is because it has to do with top gear lol. well i really really want to buy the top gear dvds but they are all made for region 2 dvds (europe). i live in region 1 (america) does anyone know if they will work on my dvd player or if not how i could get them to work? thanks ps a enzo ferrari just drove by my appartment!

shite car jack him round here we on the european standard but we can also get machine that play both PAL/NSTC if not some pcs have the program

lol, im assuming it was driven by one of the vikings (football team) so i dont think i could lol im gona check if my dvd thing is PAL or Nstc

You can buy multi region dvd's on ebay.
I bought one and i bought shit loads of region 1 dvd's of our local u.s airforce base, and they work great on it!
Sure it would work the other way round.
Alternatively, look on youtube, there are loads of clips of top gear on there!

Depends on the make of your dvd player, try looking here http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/forums/default.asp?Forum=176 for a hack that will unlock the region coding on your player.

do they still make single zone dvd players... here most of the players you buy are multizone... if you got a chipped xbox or ps2 you could use that depending on your chip.. or use your computer... there are bound to be programmes which let ya play other zones..
