ok well i once saw someone and he like had a big radio and
speaker in his car and he thought he was the shiznitch!

obviously he was nothing more then a kid who had to have a
big speaker to compensate for his tiny willy

JL Audio is the bomb but can get pretty pricey. Wish I could afford it, but I actually lucked out and got a practically new Alpine Type S sub and V12 amp for pretty cheap....free! I'm not really a fan of the Xplod's though. Past experience with their product line a few years back didn't please me. But that was a few years ago so they could have gotten better.

I got a bicycle too! It's broken though, handles don't turn the damn wheel! You can only imagine how hurt I've gotten being drunk and forgetting it was broken then getting the bright inebriated idea of going for a bike ride...

I like the xplod's. Great sound and they look cool too.

never was a fan of Xplod...i got an alpine head, 1000w kenwood amp driving 2 12" mtx subs for 200 bucks...infitity tweets, mids, and 6x9s...in my little ass car...for that price, i'm happy

Finaly my type of sumject. well my next system will make ne one cry. for the price i am gonna get it for. I am gettin 2x 6000 watts audiobahn flame series compatishion amps, 4 audiobahn flame series comp 15's 2 fausegate comp 18's 9 7.25 tview screens, 1 27 inch lcd flip screen alpine dvd player and alpine cd mp3 minidisk player with 5.1 dolby caposotoer digitale, alpine digital eq, all for only 3000 us$ all bran new also. dayum ya cant beat that unless it is free. that would be the only other way.

Damn chameleon! How do I get in on a deal like that!?! Well, I'm not as much as a bass fanatic anymore but I'd still like to go for visuals like a couple of screens and a dvd player or ps2.

Unless there is a hot girl in the car I really don't want to talk about it.

I am thinking of buying some speakers for front of my car from JL Audio, i got some cheap ass speakers in front now... and in the back JL Power!

hey diz-x for the front i sugjest maybe some eclips orfausegate. they are decent but exspensive if you want some thing not so exspinsive then try sony or pioneer they are good but they dont cost as much. just put reducer on them to block out the bass for the frunt speakers they should only resive all trebile and very little mid (vocal). and door speakers should resive alittle treble and mostly vocales. and back speakers should resive all three but jus a little bass for the ones in you back dash mostly vocal, alittle trebble, and alittle bass. and for you subs should have nothing but ur bass. so it will be all equal;le distrubuted threw your car. and if you hate for the trunk to rattle then just go to a place where you get house matereals and get some rubber insalation for you car and put it around ur trunks insalation and it will be very thick so that you trunk has to almost be forsed to close. but it is very good b/c it is air tight almost. and veery little rattleing if any from your trunk.

Just enjoy intertaining music and visuals in a car . as soon as i finish with my car i will up some pics and let the whole peeps see. prolly take 2 maybe 3 months though to finish everything i want to do with it audio wise.

This post is a little off topic, and forgive me ahead of time if I piss anyone off...

If I wanted to drive around with sub-bass coming from my car all day, I'd buy a fire truck and drive it in first gear. As a bass player, most people think I would want tons of bass, but the sound of actual MUSIC is so much more amazing.

This isn't a flame... I've got a pair of 12s that I will be installing in my 69 Chevy van, because I like my music loud, and I'm not trying to sound like a jerk. I'm just saying the whole idea of having 15s and huge amps in your car so people hear you coming for miles is so cliche and so overdone by every 16 year old kid with a part-time job that if you really want to be a big hitter, you should do it by showing class and taste. Anyone can make their trunk rattle. But few can gain the appreciation of a music-lover. Invest in a catalog of good music and worry about impressing those IN your car rather than those out on the streets. After all, does it matter what they think? Having a loud car stereo is the equivalent of someone peeling out every time they get in their car and go... it makes no sense, and everyone who witnesses it just makes fun of the guy once he's gone.

DistraughtaSon you realy sux naw jus kidden i understaind you . and i am just in love will feel ing my music have always been that way i also like to hear the clearaty of it and the visuales and everything. so i do know what your tryn to say why over do it then huh? so that you would have something that no one else has. it is a compatiotion. pluse i wana fix my car up for the spl compatitions and the car shows. so i guess that is a good reason for my self. to do it.
