anyone remember the movie "the wraith" with charlie sheen?
the car was a dodge 1984 PPG interceptor
2.2 liter twin turbo engine
440 horse
top speed 195mph
0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds
1/4 mile in 12.9 seconds at 104 miles per hour
there was rumors of another they had that had 600 horsepower
now this was in 1984 using only dodge parts, before all this small engine high power crazy ever came along. i think its pretty god damn impressive. but what was equally impressive, was the way the damn car looked. anyone have any pictures of it they wanna share?
also, ive been looking for a company that may make kit cars of it, if anyone can help, that would be frickin awesome.

the movie wasnt what impressed me, i just think the car is bad ass, i so want to find one, or at least a kit car that i could put whatever engine i want into it

I dug the shit out of that movie when it came out. I still like it. Sweet car. Loved the race scenes, explosions, etc. I'll take the Wraith over The Fast & The Furious any day...

i remember that movie, the race scenes were really sweet, that car sort of looks like a mix of a sporty jaguar and a mid ninties camaro before either of them existed, looked cool as hell!

now thats just awesome! Someone asks about a car from an old movie, and another member goes to the college (and is in the dept.) that use to own it! What a coincidence!

I remember that movie when it came out. It was awesome! Except for the race where the blown corvette almost got beat by that stupid daytona at the beginning of the movie...
