I just have lots of bad things to say about VW drivers. Everytime I see a VW on the road, the driver has to start playing with me. Every-fucking-time. The family dads are the worst. They come to challenge me with a 2 liter Passat. Or the trigger happy 18-year olds with their new "look what daddy bought me" Golf's. Yawn. Usually they fucking lose, cos the car isn't F1 like they think it is. I don't know is the situation this worse in the UK, but it gets really annoying.

And VW just has too much flaws to my taste.

Btw, do you know how fast that 6.0 liter monster run quarter-mile?

VW makes some good cars, but you can't hate a brand simply because its driver's tend to be rambunchious individuals. You have to admit, stuffing a W12 into a Rabbit takes a fair amount of fabrication, and actually making it work is even harder, I applaude VW for making a concept like the W12 Golf and better still is the W16 Bugatti Veyron. Being a big guy I have a hard time fitting into any kind fo small car, and VW makes about the ONLY 2 door car I can fit into comfortably, the GTI. As far as it's integrity as a company I can't say i've heard the best about the quality of it's cars, but for sheer " Wow " factor, they get kudos points for the W12 Golf and Bugatti Veyron.

I like VW but not the drivers.

I like the Bugatti Veyron, I seen it raced on top gear and Jeremy Clarkson said it was a badass car, and I believe him. As for VW in general, they don't make any cars that really catch my eye or are overly impressive. About a year ago I test drove a Passat W8 (I was bored), and that car sucked so much balls it would make Richard Simmons blush...it was ugly and slow and I felt bad for anyone who would pay the like 35k they wanted for it. That being said when I was like 9, my uncle gave us a 89 rabbit...he's an aircraft mechanic and he did up the engine..and as ugly as that car was, it was a mother fucking rocket...so im conflicted..but overall I pretty much agree with Ascaris, most VW's suck ass, and the drivers are pricks. Then again I get raced by about 20 Honda Civic's a day, all 17 year olds who slapped on a huge exhaust and some K&N stickers, they never even come close to beating me though....VTEC IS TEH GHEY.

Also, that W12 golf looks kinda cool...

still, ascaris and hondax, what do you drive, just out of curiosity. i'm not saying new volkswagens are good cars. i'd rather be tied to the rear bumper of a new passat and dragged on the tarmac, than to be inside it...but still, some of their cars WERE monumental. the first generation of rabbit kicked ass, the jetta, and why not the beetle (NOT THE NEW BEETLE, which is a total disaster(hang)).
same thing happened everywhere. take a late 60's or early 70's car, anywhere in the world. they just rule.
take a 1998-2002 car anywhere in the world......i'm just gonna rest my case with two examples:
1967 camaro vs. 2000 camaro
1974 rabbit vs. 1998 golf

snooty car snobs.

I love golf, i have golf2 TD for nine years i have no probs with the engine or what so ever, big respect for vw!
