Sauber decided today to change from Bridgestone to Michelin after being with Bridgestone for 6 years. What do you think will this mean for Sauber and do you think what this will mean for Ferrari as the only remaining Bridgestone team?

i think ferrari will make up the difference that sauber spent working on even better tires for next year.

michelin caught up with bridgestone after a miserable first half, and with the new rules next year, the better tire will make even more of a difference.

especially with increase in overtaking areas proposed for next years schedule.

yes mardigras, ferrari may have to make up the differents but F1 ruling body have cut the test days allowed but 50%. This is why ferrari have been acting like babies in the last week and not signing up to contract with they put forward 6 months ago. ferrari only hope is if toyota changes to bridgestone.

we'll see.

ferrari acting like babies because they have been kicking everybody's ass, and they feel the rules are being twisted against them, instead of having the other teams spend to make a better car.

the new BAR gearbox is going to make them more competitive.

plus the driver changes are going to make it better because they will be trying to justify raises and make new bosses happy.
so i see a closer competition next year regardless of what happens in the board room.
