E7 aka "The Machine" is a new police car with a turbo diesel engine producing 300 horsepower with a top speed of 155mph(249kph).
Made by a company called Carbon Motors USA.

Looks like the Chrysler LX chassis. LX chassis is used on the dodge magnum and charger and the chrysler 300.

I thought the same, the dimensions aren't far off the LX chassis or a Ford Taurus but it actually uses a custom purpose built aluminum space frame.
