at the weight the car is at i would say no... also the suspension is not for drag racing... most people with 1400 to 1600 hp weighing over 3000lbs with race suspension are in the low 8's to high 7's... case in point, my 71 camaro weighs 3500 lbs. minus driver... my motor made 868 hp. on hp. and i'm spraying 575 hp. with 2 foggers and i'm hopeing for 8.30 to 8.50 range....
