Haha I drive once or twice a week an SLK Just todo shopping.. else I drive in my poor Golf 2 1.8

We went to Spain (MsH and me) last year, Salou in 17 hours! (1600 km)

Actually, the R32 has a bigger displacement, and considerably more horespower, I think it has 240HP, where as the MKIII had 160 or so. I really don't know why everyone is so gaga for the VR6's, a 1.8T with a APR chip will wail on it, and its less nose heavy as well. TO get serious power out of them, the 1.8T is cheaper up until about 450-500 Hp. Then they both even out. But at that point, do you really want a VW for the cost of a Porche?

Cars are wayyy expensive in Malaysia...one SLK can cost u around USD 108,000. One Modena 360 cost bout USD 351,000. You can really change cars all the time here...unless u're super rich!

my brother's first car was a vr6 gti. parents didn't know what that little car had under the hood and got it for him. he had it for like 8 years until the gear box finally started to break on him.

i wish my parents would get me gti now, but i think they're smarter than before

some minor things to be repaired, but it drives like hell...
