Dragracing volvostyle...

I figured I might as well chip in a few pics from a dragrace here in sweden last weekend....

First off, a classic Volvo 142

A Volvo PV with a supercharged 417 Donovan...



And the badest of the Volvos, a PV with a body completely made of carbonfibre and chromemolly.
The whole bodywork is just 16kilos, which is 35pounds for those that arent to familiar with metrical units
1029hk from a 2.1litre 4banger ...









Of course there were the usual Chevy Novas, a few Camaros as well...
And some boosted beemers.
