does anyone else think that cars should be restricted in reverse?

i seen some lady the other day backing out her car, she would step on the gas then brake immediately atleast 5 times before going back into drive and leaving...i cannot get over how stupid people are when they drive! i think it would be a great idea to design cars that will cant go past 1500rpm in reverse to reduce fender benders....

How about restricting dumbasses from driving?

agreed suck, it's just not reverse...it's driving in general.
