Any given Friday or Saturday night, guys get together all over the place just to talk cars, we used to do it when i was younger, and we never did any street racing per say, mostly its just something to do... And a way to get together with people that enjoy the same things that you do...

i just think this is uncalled for... didn't the cops hang out like this when they were young... no one is getting hurt or causing trouble...

fuck all those cops..they had no right.. the gov is always out to fuck us out of our hard earned money. Those fucking pricks

Indeed, especially since they have no proof that anyone was committing any crimes...

and asking questions like, if you're not into street racing, why would you want that on your car ? or why would you want more power ? i hate to tell them, but from the first car on, people have been modding cars... you take a mass produced car and make it yours...most people want somthing diffrent, that you can say you did yourself...

Indeed, from making them faster, to lowering them and adding hydraulics, to jacking them up sky high, its all about making it your own...

i mean what the hell... thats fucked up. really fucked up. im not a big fan of the mod scene but still it is a right to do what you want to a vehicle (with in some limits) if you want to make it faster then you should or lift it what ever. it is the persons money that THEY worked for so THEY can spend it how ever THEY want to. a buddy of mine got a ticket one time for his truck having to much lift on it. some bull shit law about the bumper and lights having to be so many inches from the ground or it is illegal. but back on topic. this was just a huge waist of tax money that could have gone to a drug bust or stopping someone from robbing someone's house or getting a killer off the street. but no it had to be waisted on some guys that just wanted to have a good time and talk cars... what a bunch of ass wipes!

Let me get this right. NO "Performence enhancements" to my car even though it still remains street 'legal'?
However if I had so chosen, I could have taken that same car and the money I used to enhanced it, to say east LA and purchased on the street an AK47, drugs, and rented a whore from a pimp. Yup California has sure got its law enforcement down.
(I mean 50 cops??!!!)

That's California. A cow can't even fart without those whack jobs getting bent out of shape about greenhouse gases.
I wish they would do some kinda crackdown around here. Too many idiots racing their ricers with their obnoxiously loud exhausts at all hours. Oh god, I think I'm turning into my father.
