brake faillure

anyway, mine didn't work here, luckyly there were some bushes that absorbed most of the shock...

indeed, it was about 25mph/40kph...
but as i said, the only damage to the car was the front license plate that was pretty fucked up and a small scratch on the foglight glass...

yeah, there was a bus boarding... so i needed to stay as calm as possible... i don't know if anyone saw anything though...

not to be a smartass, but isn't pushing down on your brakes everyday, considered "testing" them regularly?

I'm glad your ok. Same thing happened to a co-worker last year, but he knew his brakes were going bad, and realized they needed to be replaced when he hit the back wall with his raggedy Ford Escort.

anyway on my way to work they were working fine... it was a branch stuck under the car, so it could have happend anytime really... but just as i was approaching my parking spot...they failed me!
