Yep thats what it is had several of them working within 30 miles of me they are HUGE hold about 100 us tons per bucket in the picture it looks like on the left in the background is a rock crusher, it will take a 100 ton rock and turn it into road rock in about 1 minute these things are just fucking mammoth
