now.
in argeninta (where i live) the first "wave" of imported peugeot 106 (imported from france) were all broken. i mean they runnned a while but they all broke down a couple of yrs later.

Eventually, a complain was posted and and a investigation was made.
the result: the cars were originaly ment to go to Africa, and that why they werent so good as the Southamerica destinied were supposed to be.

that is sad but it sadder that the explanation was enough for ppl to "understand" what was going on
