1994 Good Guy's VW Nationals

I scanned a few old pics of the Bikini contest to post in a thread Here
While I was at it I scanned these in too!

This is sort of random in that I was there for 2 days.

This rail was fast

See!

Now that guy ended up with top eliminator because of this final elimination between a full body Bug and the 2nd fastest rail.

This ended badly with the Bug spinning into the Rail about mid run, I got a pic as they were sliding through the lights

Then as the smoke stopped,

They still crossed the line in 9 sec. at almost 80 mph on their sides !

The aftermath, not bad for that speed. (Both drivers were fine and the cars not so bad)
