This dude has a rich friend who supposedly paid him a large sum of money to get a boob job and keep them in for at least a year. Long after the year was up the dude has kept the boob job because he likes them and says he makes a lot of money off of them somehow.
Why did they censor the pic though? Technically he's a man so technically they are man boobs which aren't necessary to censor. Not that I'd like to see the uncensored pic though
