Where is Punnani Hiding ? Can You Find Me ??

I am on the run from the rest of the crew after committing a terrible crime in the WBW Office and i have been forced to leave my beloved country of England and go into hiding.
I will give you clues as to where i am hiding and you have to guess where it is, If you find my location i will have to move on to the next place..... Do not tell the rest of the crew where i am as they will punish me beyond belief !

First Clue:- I flew from Bristol in the UK on a 40 Minute flight in a North Easterly direction and landed at a huge airport with a great transport system to a city with plenty of places to relax and have “Special Coffee”

More clues to follow if you cant guess from that clue.....

1st Clue:- It's very cold here but i am staying with a lady friend of mine in the capital city, she is a well known singer who uses her "First" name only. This place has Thermal Pools and Spa's and a Mountain called Esja.

1st Clue: I have gone in a Southerly direction and landed at one of my favourite islands for a bit of sun during the winter. I am staying in a hotel close to the nightlife in the popular resort on this island, There is a huge mountain here on this volcanic island and the resort sounds a little bit american.
