Ive been working on it using my software from work, its military grade image enhancement. I can confirm that when otter56 said it was Alicia Conner, he was correct...

Im sorry but that picture of the enhancement is BULLSHIT, simply look at the text, theres text behind it as he simply wrote over top the the existing text.. Why was this done? not really sure.. to be coool?
