If you had $700 billion dollars

Many Americans are disgusted with the bailout. I am one of them.

A lot of interesting points have been made about what good could be done with $700 billion dollars.

For that amount we could certainly be off of foreign oil in 10 years -- probably off of oil all together. $150 billion and everyone has health care. Probably for $700 billion we cure cancer.

But what else? If you had $700 billion what would you do? Could be good for humanity. Could be good for yourself. You'd be the richest man (or woman) on Earth. What do you do?

I would buy an island, make it my own country and open a new resort. Hire some people to run it. It will be the hottest/newest tourist spot to go to so there will be a steady supply of hot women to fuck. Plus I would bring all friends and family with and live in paradise for the rest of my life.

I would put it under my mattress

I would have sex with it.

I'd be having lots of sex.

i would buy a lifetime membership to WBW for every member

I would buy a large island and start a nudist colony for female supermodels...and just kinda "hangout"..



..or have sex with it.

i would invert on the univeristies of my country
probably pay the foregin debt too
and invest in top research (medical, tech and stuff)

and some 420 too, not at a lot, i need to remianed focus¡

I'd have a secret lair in a volcano. And it would be fully stocked with vodka and bitchez. And let me tell you, I would not be almost bald anymore.

But seriously, with that kinda cash. It would take a me a good amount of time to figure out what kind of 'investments' to make. Up front, I'd probably buy out WBW and move it stateside and put up a nice, spacious office space for WBW to expand.

I'd make my own economy.

It'd be a lot like the US economy, and would essentially be the US economy, but it'd have like 675 billion of my money put into it, the markets and banking systems and all that.

(I figure a fleet of actual economists, not politicians, would need to be hired to figure out just how it needs to be applied. I mean hell, I'm a student of economics. I could probably work out a better plan than they did. And if I could do better, I bet actual economists could do a much better job. So that's one reason why there's 25 billion missing. )

I'd also hire people to go... build things. Like a dam. Or two. Maybe go do some work in Tennessee.

Make sure you include a provision in one of the most important pieces of legislation in recent history (whether you agree with it or not) to eliminate the excise tax on wooden toy arrowheads.

Keep enough to live on for the rest of my life, give equal amounts to all members of my family, (who deserve it)invest enough in several accounts for at least three generations of my immediate family, then give the rest away to those who need it more.
