personally i didn't find it hard to stop drinking but I have never smoked

smoke and drink. trying to quit smoking for real though. don't really have the true desire to stop drinking for good, other than sometimes i kinda feel bad about it.

yeah my advice to anyone who has never done either: don't.

if you don't mind my asking mongol, why did you stop? of course that's a personal question so don't feel obligated to answer it

just a personal choice really, I never had a need to drink so I just stopped
