Okay haha That's here in my City, Hamburg ... on the "Kiez" -> "Reeperbahn" -> "Große Freiheit" ... that's a cuple of Streets with clubs, pubs, tabledance and sex 4 money etc.
The guy in the black dress is a pimp or clubowner, he's talking about his pub and suddenly this drunken guy apears and ask "what's up?" and the other guy said "do you have a problem ? Go away!" and punshed him right in the face ;>

That's the normal way there ... the guys just protecing their property ...
