WhatBoysWant Version v4.3 almost beta

I am working very hard on the new version of whatboyswant, a lot of features are added already and some of the beta testers are testing the website on bugs as we speak.

Before I declare v4.3 Beta, all new features must be working. When it is declared beta I will no longer add features for that version all new feature are moved to v5.0.

If you have features you wish like to see in v4.3, or found bugs on the regular website post them in this topic. I will keep track of what is requested, what bugs are found and ofcourse add them in this post.

PS: If you are good in testing websites and know how to find bugs send me a PM and maybe you can get on the beta test staff.


[Features]
- See what movies a user has uploaded in user profile
- Search in the babe movie section
- Mini search in private message system
- Ajax based voting system (babe/movie/car/forum)

[Bugs]
- Next/Prev don't stay in same category after giving comment or vote.
- Greylisted urls are visible in quoting.

a bug that i have noticed and i run the dark theme and have not tried it with others is that .. when im in a babe catergory.. like bathroom babes.. after so many pictures a random number of pictures...i will end up in a different catergory like topless babes or anyother one for that mater...

I have been here a couple of years. I totally appreciate all that you and your programmers do. It has and continues to be a fantastic ride on the web. I am not into complaing as I know that it takes a tremendous amount of time to develope a website as you have done.

There are some that will tell you what to do and others that are just happy that you continue to improve "our" site.

The only change I would like to see is that when someone consistently votes a 1,then warn them and then ban them. I have seen time after time when a really nice girl is on the front page, and people vote a 1.

I know that this probably isn't in your immediate plans, but hope it is someday!

hey man, since im here the page has been great.....right now i dont think in nothing , like for added to new version......about bugs, i got understood that r like...some error....i have seen some little thing but i think r meanless.....anyway...really thanks for this Awesome page.

Bugs are not meanless Every bug should be reported how small it is.. even layout bugs or things that can be better in the layout.

v5.0 will be whole layout change, a much better design.

I would like to see a link on the stat page of what movies the person has uploaded. Just like we can see a person favorites and babes they have uploaded. I like to go look and see what pictures make the grade. I have 3 movies uploaded and am dying to know which ones they are!

added to the feature list

what i see is....for example u r in flashing babes and u r passing picture by picture...and there appear the number of the comments made.....but doesnt appear the comment itself, which u have made..

Not sure if anyone posted it but it would be cool to have our search function working properly again I.E. search poster "ObsoleteRealism" I get damn near everything but the things I have posted lol I think that is the only thing I have seriously noticed...

It just how you use it else you find every topic you posted in or started.
Example:

Search Poster: ObsoleteRealism
Select search in: "Topic only" and you see all the topics you have posted.

Yeah, search is fixed and working great. Has been for about 2 weeks now.

The only bug I am still noticing is that when I look at the "Top of the Babes" is shows that I haven't voted on the pictures when in fact I have.

The only suggestion I would make for future updates has nothing to do with layout or features... If the billing didn't show as WHATBOYSWANT.COM on my (and my wife's) bank statement I would be able to get a sponsor membership again.

Other than that he site is freakin' great! Thanks for the hard work you and all the Mods put in!

That bug is already fixed on the v4.3 version.

About the billing statement, I try to change it again, hopefully they understand it now... and trying to put WBWMAGAZINE.COM on it.

its fixed....but it doesnt work for everyone. It still dont work for me and i know im not the only one...alot of people still complain to me about it.

Also, i dont know if anyone else has noticed, but in the news threads on the front page, the buttons such as page numbers and the 'edit & delete - for mods'..........have never really worked for me since the last release.




oh....and could we get a 'stab user' button this release?....thanks
