To WBW staff,
My membership expired, as it does, but only discovered this when I logged on some days ago. Naturally, seeing as I love this site, I chose to click 'upgrade membership' and selected 6 months membership renewal, paid for by credit card. After that successful transaction, I was told my membership would be back to normal in a few minutes, during which time I recieved a confirmation email (from vxsbill), stating that the transaction was successful and gave me a new password. Before I realised there was a new password, I tried using my old one and was able to log on, but was told that my membership status was free. When I realized that there was a new password, I tried that but it didn't work at all. I've then sent two emails to 'contact us', as well as messages via the 'help' tab on this site. There has been no response to either. All I know is that WBW has taken accepted my payment but has not supplied membership in return. Now I'm sure there's a glitch somewhere, but please fix it and get my membership back up and running!!!
