It means you have uploaded 3 movies, you have none in the queue and you have 1 waiting

Q means queued.
W means waiting, your vids have been approved, they are just waiting to be re encoded, then they will be available in the movie gallery once that is done...

The queue works at random for the moderators. It can take weeks or just a few hours, it's luck of the draw.
