WBW System

Hi,
I was curious about the portal/message board system used by WBW. I like how smoothly the image galleries, message boards, news, user permissions, etc. intergrate and could really use something like this for a personal site. I noticed all of the branding has been taken off, but I get a VBullitin feeling from the WBW system. Is it even php? Thanks in advance for any info provided.

Nice work! Do you sell the system bundled or have you open sourced it? If not, you should consider it.
