WBW speed

is it just me or has WBW been loading everything a little slower the past couple days, i have cable internet and the pages and pictures seem to be kinda lagging, just wanted to know if anyone else was having the same problem, thanks

Traffic goes up, speed goes down. I've got a T1 conn. and it's still slowing down. We need more sponsor members so Diz can buy a new server...

IT's treu that the site is slow, I try to reach Diz that he can solve the problem. and Yahman, we need more sponsor members then we can buy new servers.

just logged on an hour after i posted that and it seems to be running ok for the moment, new servers would be sweet though

but with all of the pictures,graphics,avatars,animated avatars and animated pictures,like Calvin above me,do not help.

Maybe the design of the site could be scaled down some to ease the load.
I'd hate to lose the avatars...maybe not allow animited ones.....

I have cable internet and this is easily one of the slowest sites I visit but it is rarely a problem. I think those with high speed get spoiled. Only a few times has the site been so slow that I left it altogether.

So yes..it is slow but not to the point,most days,where my enjoyment is affected.

Its been quite slow in the past couple weeks... slow enough for me to close the site and come back later. Its not always this bad, like as im typing this it wasnt bad, but earlier today it was pretty slow for me.
