WBW News

For some reason for the last two or three days I cant read the news on WBW I click and all I get is the title and a blank page Anyone else having this problem?

Not really, don't you get an error message?

Works fine for me, what browser are you using?

Current server is Alice is that what you mean?

He means the web browser you are using, internet explorer / firefox?

No but sometimes the servers get out of sync. Alice is known for going on a bender.

I'm using Firefox latest update, A lot of guys use IE. FF works well for WBW

News that I have already commented on shows up fine but the new news I cant see

You know,the other day I clicked on a new update on IE and now it is weird everywhere !!

And, I can't see the news either,I can on FF tho'.....

I didn't notice that, but I'm guessing it might have something to do with me copy/pasting the news from MS Word into the news box...it seems that the news articles that I put there are the ones that aren't showing up, while Fefe's are.

And I think the only difference is that I've been writing/editorializing a bit, so I write it in Word and just copy it from there.

Just a guess, but it seems like that may be it.

Meh, we're not supposed to straight up post the news anyway.

So, maybe your edited news not showing up is a sign that we should just drop the news altogether.

Also affects IE6... so stop copy/pasting from MS Word

hmm... Could be that microsoft word copies html from the selected text, and pastes that. I have too look into that, when i am back from vacation...

The last few articles I've posted I've edited directly in firefox, skipping the MS Word step...does this solve the problem?

(The gorilla article, the stock market/sex article, etc, are the ones not using word)

The gorilla and stock market/sex articles look fine for me now in IE, but what about the Farve/goat story? The page layout is still fubar in IE compared to FF3

I wrote the Brett goat story the same way.

Maybe I made the picture too big.
