WBW/FIREFOX problems

Hello all,

I am having a sudden problem with FIREFOX and WBW. When I try to access it says "Redirection for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked."

I have not changed any settings and this just started last night. Any ideas?

unblock the cookies, and what part of the site do you seem to be getting this at?

The main page. Its odd I can access it through IE (I hate IE) and I checked the cookies were not blocked.

Empty cache. Delete cookies (write down passwords and logins before hand). And reset.

So much trouble with 'perfect' FF

well this is only version 1.0, IE's been through 6 versions and it's still a piece of shit.

i'm can't get WBW with ie anymore it just perminately loads .....forever!!!!

Did you try Maxthon? It's using IE engine, but it's much more powerfull than FF.
I like FF, it's pretty neat, but I prefer Maxthon.

Yeah, what about prevous Mozilla versions, like Thunderbird? What about FF versions from 0.1 - 0.9?

the best to see WBW is to use opera

Hmmm I've tried with Opera, and it's better with Maxthon or FF.

i havn't been able to save any sort of... porn for the last couple of days.

with firefox, I hust recently had the same problem. easiest was to go to tools/options/privacy/clear all.

clear all will work. I had the exact same problem. clear all did work. remember to write down all your screen names and passwords before you do it.

No need to clear your passwords, they are stored with your Firefox profile. Just clear the rest of the options.

The goto windows explorer and hit tools/folder options/view then look down the list and make sure "show hidden files and folders" is checked.

Then still in explorer find in your local disk (usually c: ) in the left hand pane. Expand 'local disk' and find 'documents and settings' Again expand and find your user name. Expand your username and find 'local settings' where you'll find 4 folders...

Application Data
History
Temp
Temporary Internet Files.

Empty each folder except 'Application Data'.

Now you should be good to go. You can change the hidden folder options back if you want to, save you deleting anything important.
