this is for you guys... i just want to say that i think the WBW crew is cracking down on the forum a little too hard and it reduces the fun level... now hear me out. copyright pictures are only copyrighted to mean that you cannot use them to make a profit.. posting them once on a forum board i am pretty sure does not break any major laws... and do you really think sites like tiffany teen have detectives and look over message boards to find one of their pictures posted and then try to shut the site down.. hell no.

another thing,, some images might be from girls who are 17 and maybe even 16 and everyone is having a huge fit that it is illegal.. well. there is now way anyone can determine the girls age and secondaly, it is legal to post nude pics as art with girls as young as 12. many lolita sites out there. its only illegal if they are doing sexual acts.

so all my saying, is keep up the good work cuz i love this place but lets not make a huge deal with copyright pictures and 17 year old models.

I really dont see much difference between posting pics within the forum and just clicking on a link. Which is all the crew are asking us to do. End up with the same result... Nekkid ladies.

Let me address it this way - and i can only use US law, because that is what I am familiar with.

Why is it important?

The effect of use on the potential market for or value of the work.
In general, a work that supplants the normal market is considered an infringement, but a work does not have to have an effect on the market to be an infringement

If we allow pictures that are copyrighted to be posted, the person that owns that picture can no longer profit from it. We have basically taken away a reason why someone might want to go to a site, and pay to see it. While you may not have a problem with that, the owner of the picture might.

There are many instances where a site has been shut down because it was posting copyrighted material.

If you post a picture with the [IMG] OR [URL] tag instead of attaching it. We can not be hold responsable for the files located on the url(server) you use with [IMG] OR [URL] tag.

And yes we had emails from some TEEN GIRL (CaseyCam for example) sites of removal of pictures, we will always remove the picture accordenly.
