Vid Help

yo i submitted a vid like 2 weeks ago and it says in queue, any help or info as to what that means? is it just waiting to be reviewd by mods or do i have to do something else like jump through a hoop to get to view vids? i understand the whole no leachers thing i'm just trying to contribute myself. thanks
