The problem is in your end...

I continue to have zero problem with wbw and firefox (1.5)

Try clearing your cache, cookies and temp files, or if that doesn't help, try re-installing firefox.

Uninstall firefox and Java virtual machine.

Reinstall firefox 1.5

This should do the trick, it wouldn't hurt to run some anti-spyware programs.

yeah, already re-installed FF twice as it stopped working completely, i have three spyware progs which run all of them once a week.

Not sure what Java virtual machine is?

FF only seems to crash with WBW, never happened with any other site.

Java virtual machine is the Java runtime enviroment you have.
Try reinstalling it.
The only thing where WBW uses Java is with soe widged for the sponsor members. that might cause you problems.

You should find the Java form your add-remove programs.

Remember to remove all the personal Firefox files.

In Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME_HERE\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

Remove that directory and other Firefox systemfiles, and you're done.

And then reinstall the Firefox.
