User Score?

Why is my user score goin down?

You must have pissed Diz off. At least it's just your score going down.



I heard that the last guy that pissed him off is now his man slave; things are still going down there.

You probably had some uploaded and accepted pic deleted. This will cause a loss of points.

Also when a thread gets deleted you will lose points for any posts That were in that thread.

I'd go for the deleted thread option.... I lost some points as well lately and I noticed that some of my threads have gone missing.

this is how i became DEMIGOD three times in one thread!!!.....movies and pics were deleted.....

That explains a lot. My score went down a few notches, and I knew there was some logical reason for it.
That and I only have nine pics posted, so i knew it wasn't from that!

My pictures are still there, forum posts are still the same amount! hmmm... it went down 10 points. If its not one thing, its the other! Oh well! I Guess this type of stuff happens when your not a mod!

youve got three pages of movies and 23 pages of pics youve uploaded....if any one of those pics or movies were deleted for whatever reason youre score would go down...for 50 dollars ill go investigating...this sounds like the work of one Kanzen, if he can make Frodo disappear, he can do almost anything

I don't think he's making a big deal out of this, he's just curious as to why and I understand that.

I think that's a fair question.

So okay, this ain't my first account. My first account was less than 1,000 points from being a demigod, and I had to abandon it for reasons that don't really matter here.

Now I have... 5360 points. I just checked. I didn't even know I had made Dr. Love status. I think I've been on this site since 2003 or 2004, if not earlier. I'm trying to think... Fuck it. I don't remember. Anyway... My new account obviously has a lot less points than my old one did.

I'm one of those people that also puts emphasis on someone getting to Demigod status. I do think they're special, I think they should be afforded more leeway, and so on.

But I still never look at my score. I didn't even realize I had gone up a level until seeing this thread.

Should I ever reach the status of demigod again, I don't think I'll give a shit then either. I'm willing to bet that I am not the first one to notice when I hit that mark. I don't even look at the shit.

For those of you that do, why?

Is it fun to track the numbers? This is why fantasy football appeals to me, so don't be ashamed. Sometimes numbers are fun.

Is it status? Again, I think being a demigod means you've earned it and should include some subjective perks. It's okay if this is the reason.

I'm not judging anyone's reasons. It's your account, your work, you're entitled to value it for whatever reasons you do so. I'm just curious what the fascination is.

PS: Now my credits I watch like a hawk. I do notice when there's even the slightest change to those.

Okay, what about me gives you a headache (presuming this is somewhat serious)?
