Upload Issue

Well I have uploaded over 400 pics to the server so im not new to the whole process. In the past i manually created a zip file and then uploaded it, always kept it under 10megs, but these last 2 zips i created arent being accepted. I gewt the following message

You haven't selected a file to upload.

Click here to correct this error.

I found awhile back that files over 8 megs or so wouldnt work but ive tried shrinking the size of the zips and nothing is working. Could anyone enlighten me on possible solutions please?

Well, I have the same problem. My ZIPs are around 2 to 4MB, so not even near 10MB. But still it seems rather to be an accident that they get accepted; usually I get the same error philth...

The "fefe" Server works smooth, however. But we're not supposed to use it?
