Can I suggest we add Rosary, Cross and Piano to the list of objects?

Proof that the tag search will improve site quality:

I was just testing the tags out on the beta board and did a blanket search of glasses.

Whamo, found and reported a bunch of dupes, sitting right next to each other, because they'd been tagged and came up in the same search.

One and two for example.

The tag search really will help. I've been using tags on my private collection for a while now, and have probably tossed out at least 5000 duplicate pics so far because of it.

Will "Your tags" be included in search? i have lots tagged so I hope so. thanks

I've found quite a few incorrectly tagged pictures, but we can't do anything about the errant tags.

have been tagging my uploads to the babes section as well as trying to tag pics as i view them...........can anyone tell me the difference between "tag" and "your tag"? Do they get searched the same? At some point are "my" tags upgraded to just "tags" - or when someone looks at a picture i have tagged - do they just see "tags"?

Yeah, after a number of people tag the picture the with the same tag, it becomes a permanent tag. Although, i don't know what that number is. This is to prevent abuse of the tag system.

There has been a new right added to version 6 (this new version of wbw) and that makes normal users be able to add tags permanently! I am still looking for serious people who want to tag.

Thanks for the info...............as long as the tags i add are 'seachable" i dont know if anyone needs to have authorization -- do others see my "tags" when they look at the picture?

I think i understand - as each person views a pictures and adds a "my tag" to it -- as more and more tag the picture it accumilates and when it hits that magic number it becomes hard "tagged"

Just a few thoughts from my corner of the peanut gallery. I use tank top to tag any girl with a camisole, or spagetti strap or most anything that doesn't have sleeves. A tan, in my opinion really is tanlines, I don't just label olive skintones as tan. The tags should have a draw to them. ie" someone's fetish or interest. That line of thought makes me question livingroom, ugs, etc. For instance, I dont know of any fetish for the color green, so I don't think we need to tag every green thing. It seems to me the tags should exist for the purpose of a search. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with the green fetishists out there, but am not sure they exist. Likewise livingroom fetishists, ugs fetishists......or perhaps I have been in this monastery too long and am out of touch.

Ugs can be a fetish. Trust me - I have it. I love sneakers and boots.

The colors are gone now, but I can see it helping. For example this pic. She's relatively plain in description. Small breasts, brown hair, thin, shaved, skinny... There's only a few hundred thousand of pics like that on this site.

But the green and purple wall... Now THAT is a way to find more pics of her.


Also, please people, volunteer to be taggers. There's a ton of work to do. If you like tagging, try it out! It's going to make a big difference over the course of time I think.

There are currently 27877 (2.85%) pictures tagged.

Good points, Tarquin, and the pic brings to mind a question that occured to me while tagging. Why not a tag for pig sties? There are surely alot of pics of chicks living in filth. Once again, I am not sure it is a valid interest, but what do I know.

Most of the girls that I've seen live like pigs are actually pretty cute, oddly enough.
