Trouble viewing videos

Something had changed with your format or something. The way you load your videos now. Cause I get half way through them, and I get an error message that says : Error Cannot load media. I'm using Chrome

Same here. Happening on 2 different computers. I have emailed several times and no response. Bullshit.

I have notified Diz, and he will look into this as soon as possible.

Still happening. Bullshit. Going to quit this site.

I've been having this issue as well. It seems to have started when the site's video player or format was changed.

Strange, I can't recreate the problem on my chrome browser. Can you guys give me some system specs:

Windows 7 64bit Google Chrome. Version 33.0.1750.146 m

Tried on same version no problems... I think it's old files being cached way too long, and giving conflict with the new player.

Can you clear your browser data? "Cached images and files" would be enough to do.. and then "the beginning of time"

btw sorry for the late reply on this topic, as I we have been moving to a new smaller office...

My videos still wont play after cleaning my browser I'm using my Android phone to visit the site I wonder if the new player isn't compatible with my phone

Could be, I have to look into it. I could test it on an andriod tablet, maybe I get the same result. I would love to fix this problem, as this involves some users.

Can you test again? I did some changes to the scripting of the player.

I'm having the same problem on an iPhone, started with the message half way through a movie, now nothing loads to it

Really looks like an issue with html5 player, what I can do is move back to the player that worked. I should do a revert to older version. Will patch wbw today and hopefully this will fix this problem you are having.

Can you refresh your cache and tell me if it works correctly now? I downgraded the player back to version 6.6...

Well now I'm having a new issue. I can't log in to the site using Google Chrome. It won't let me. I can log in via Firefox. but not chrome. And I'm not a big fan of firefox.
