Theme Selector

I prefer the Dark Horizon theme KinkyChick prefers Pleasure Pink theme. We share the PC obviously. Is there a way for me to log in and have my theme and then for her to log in and have hers? Without us having to manually change it ourselves?

I can think of 2 solutions:

1) Since each server (Jaime/Alice/Fefe/Skywalker) sets it's own cookie, if assman3 always enters WBW by using http://jamie.whatboyswant.com and Kinkychick always used http://fefe.whatboyswant.com you will each have your own cookie and can have different themes and preferences. The problem will occur if KinkyChick clicks on any link to "jamie" she'll instantly be logged off and logged back on as assman3 (and vise-versa).

2) Create a seperate user profile on your computer (one for assman3 and one for Kinkychick) that way you'd each have your own WBW cookie. The disadvantage is that you won't have access to each others user specific files such as Favorites and History. To create another Windows profile:
Start>Settings>Control Panel>User Accounts>New Profile

In the future themes are stored in the userprofile!

Or seperate browsers, since the theme is cookie based.

This should occur only if you have it set on automatic login, should it not? If I use the jamie server, which I usually do, and clicks on a link with the www and somebody else used that url on the computer nothing should happen unless you klick login. You only have to push the back button and continue on your own look. But to each and his own what one prefer.

Any new themes coming up?

@ Ves, I didn't even consider what effect automatic logon would have. Good point!

That would appear to make using separate browsers a better option.

Next release there are no new themes planned, however for the release after we are planning to redesign the theme system and make it easyer for theme designers to help us out.

Dammit Diz, I was going to say that. Just because you coded the shit you think you get to answer the questions that I know that make me feel important? Bastard.

Now themes are stored in your personal settings. When you login with your own account it will set the theme to the on in your profile.
