The Problem with Newbies

I frequently see naive postings from newbies - "Please post pictures/videos/names and addresses of beautiful girls with big tits doing interesting sexual things" - which quite rightly usually receive frosty replies from regulars. Sometimes the reply is simply "no" and other times it's stronger.

It occurred to me that while WBW are in the process of redeveloping their website it would be possible when allocating NEWBIE status to a poster to automatically redirect them to a "Newbie Dos and Don'ts" page.

This could save them some grief and spare the tempers of the regulars.

PS While posting this I remembered that WBW said there would be a signature suppression option on the Profile page (as with Avatars) in a future release; is that anywhere near seeing the light of day yet?

The site rules are stickied all over the place. They don't pay any attention to them now!!

Too bad that they say nothing about spam.

But what is and what isn't spam. It's hard to define. Itwould be mostly a matter of opinion.

i dont really see why people bother making Spam because no one pays attention to them and gets rid of them straight away...waist of money and time! and besides THERE GOD DAMN ANNOYING!!!!

Not having a go at ya user25. (so dont think that I am) I would generally like to know, how you and the others that go on about it define SPAM?

but how each PERSON defines that is up to (exactly) each person.

Alot of people think SPAM!!! When there is a "Chat" convo going on between a number of members that know each other well and are having a good time.

About the newbie issue, there is no issue, n00bs are always and will always be n00bs.
There are guidelines and Dos and Don'ts all over the place, if not read, you'll know in time
