Strange repost issue

FYI:
I have noticed something for which I have no good explanation other than pure coincidence.
In the picture series 910001+ more than 90% of the reposts are from 2 members.
I already mentioned it to the moderators in one of my picture reports, but with every new set of pictures placed on the gallery new reposts of these two can be found.

There are a few members that uploads the majority of the pics to the queue, it has been that way for a long time. And since they don't sort through their pics before uploading them they send a lot of repost in there too. And there are many different mods that go through them and all of them can't know all the pics in the gallery so reposted pics slip through.

It's still strange though.
Maybe give these 2 some extra check and double-check attention

It's been tried. Hard to know what to do though, can't really ban them from uploading. Yelling has been tried, I know since I've been one of the ones yelling when I was pic mod.

has been done many times..
we put a feature in place this last release that doesnt allow members to have more than 500 pics in queue, this will take some time to phase through since a few members ALREADY had 3000 pics in their queue before this. So when all those queues are down, we should get better progress..

it dont help though when one of those members makes a SPOOF account, just so they can upload MORE pics and not have them held back by the 500 max queue rule..
