Spam Threads

A question to the mods: Why are spam threads accepted in the forum. the rules say they are not?

This means for me that all rules can be cancelled if some when some are accepted and some not!

do i have a deja vu?

what is this a monthlything with you guys?

i just think either change the rules or apply to them. everything else is cheap
